Jimmie Davis Parker

Jimmie Davis Parker is a partner at Robinson, Markevitch & Parker, bringing nearly two decades of experience as a seasoned civil litigator. He is experienced in consumer protection, landlord-tenant law, and wage-and-hour class actions. Mr. Parker has achieved significant success in the tenant protection realm recovering over $20 million in unlawfully retained residential security deposits and illegal late fees for tenants in several class actions.

In addition to his class action work, Mr. Parker handles a wide range of litigation matters, including business and employment disputes, intentional torts, construction defect cases, breach of contract, and bad faith insurance claims. In one high-profile case, he successfully negotiated the resignation of a public official alongside a substantial cash settlement.

Before joining Robinson, Markevitch & Parker, Mr. Parker worked at a national civil litigation defense firm, representing Fortune 500 companies in toxic tort and employment law matters. He then founded and led his own plaintiff-focused practice for over a decade.

David Markevitch

David Markevitch is an experienced civil litigator and trial attorney. Damion Robinson

Damion Robinson is a tenacious litigator and trial lawyer who represents individuals and businesses in high-stakes disputes around the country, including business, employment, and insurance cases, and class actions.
