Jimmie Davis Parker

Jimmie Davis Parker is a partner at Robinson, Markevitch & Parker, bringing nearly two decades of experience as a seasoned civil litigator. He is experienced in consumer protection, landlord-tenant law, and wage-and-hour class actions. Mr. Parker has achieved significant success in the tenant protection realm recovering over $20 million in unlawfully retained residential security deposits and illegal late fees for tenants in several class actions.

In addition to his class action work, Mr. Parker handles a wide range of litigation matters, including business and employment disputes, intentional torts, construction defect cases, breach of contract, and bad faith insurance claims. In one high-profile case, he successfully negotiated the resignation of a public official alongside a substantial cash settlement.

Before joining Robinson, Markevitch & Parker, Mr. Parker worked at a national civil litigation defense firm, representing Fortune 500 companies in toxic tort and employment law matters. He then founded and led his own plaintiff-focused practice for over a decade.

Mr. Parker is admitted to practice in all courts in California.

David Markevitch

David Markevitch is an experienced civil litigator and trial attorney. His expertise and experience include complex business disputes, employment discrimination, harassment and retaliation matters, whistleblower cases, real estate disputes, complex injury and product liability matters, and class actions.

Whether advising on pre-empting a dispute or resolving an existing conflict, David’s knowledge of litigation procedure and dynamics in federal and state courts puts his clients ahead of their competition.

Prior to becoming an attorney, David was a research chemist in the pharmaceutical drug industry.  His work was featured in peer-reviewed articles and is protected in numerous patents where David is one of the inventors.

Damion Robinson

Damion Robinson is a tenacious litigator and trial lawyer who represents individuals and businesses in high-stakes disputes around the country, including business, employment, and insurance cases, and class actions. He has represented investors, employees, and business owners in in state and federal courts, often facing off against large companies and wealthy individuals.

Damion’s cases have run the gamut from commercial real estate and insurance disputes to complex investment schemes, accounting and fiduciary fraud to cutting-edge technology.

Damion frequently steps in to turn cases around when a successful outcome seems out of reach.

Damion started his career at a preeminent international firm where he represented publicly traded companies and financial institutions at the height of the financial crisis in cases involving multiple billions of dollars in exposure.   Before entering private practice, he clerked for the Honorable David O. Carter in the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Damion has devoted a significant part of his career to pro bono matters, including representing Central American refugees who fled gang violence and domestic abuse.
