Robinson Markevitch & Parker, along with co-counsel, represents former tenants against one of the largest institutional landlords in the country, Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC. The lawsuit alleges that Greystar illegally withheld security deposits at approximately 480 apartment complexes across the state. The putative class is estimated to include hundreds of thousands of renters.
