Partner Damion Robinson recently filed putative class action on behalf of a group of tenants against one of the largest long-term hotel chains in the county, Extended Stay. The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, challenges the living conditions at an Extended Stay property in Long Beach, California. It alleges that Extended Stay allowed the property to become a haven for drug dealing and prostitution, causing harm to tenants.
